My life has been preparing me for the creation of this site and the other Mental Health Communities that are now in the works.

Why create these sites? In short, to help people whose lives are affected by the debilitating disorders that I have experienced first hand. I am not a doctor, or even in the medical field. I am not an expert and I will never claim to be. As I have gone through my own struggles with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and PMDD I have met many people who are so broken that they feel as if they cannot go on. And I personally know what this feels like. A desperation and hopelessness that you would not wish on your worse enemy.
